On-land storage for 90 boats on trailers; waste disposal, including waste oils; travel-lift (50 tonne capacity, max. width 6m); yacht cradles and shoring up; 2.5 tonne crane (for masting and dismasting, engine lift-out, etc); wharf for repairs alongside; washrooms and showers; video surveillance.

Ship-chandlery; general yacht maintenance (aluminium, fiberglass, steel); marine engine maintenance and repairs; electricals; electronics; sail-loft; covers and awnings; refrigeration. Some types of work can be tax-exempt for visitors. Ask the tradesman.
